The pool is like something you'd see on a really seedy Butlins holiday campsite, all it needs is a few lagers hanging in a net in the corner of the pool for the local demographic! In good faith I paid to join up to Gillingham new trugym back in October 2014, it was advertised to be opening early November 2014. 3 weeks later and no contact from the Manager at Trugym (despite me ringing 5 TIMES and leaving messages to return my calls) I went back to the gym, only to be informed, by the manager, that he knew nothing about it, had never received my bank statements so assumed they were lost, and claimed he had not received any emails!
